OCEAN Winds believes the container port project and offshore wind energy projects are not mutually exclusive. Both activities represent local economic development opportunities and can coexist without conflict. However, there remain concerns about their environmental impacts, and additional environmental impact research needs to be undertaken for both the Container Port and Offshore Wind Energy development.
